A MindBody approach recognizes that our disease – in any of its myriad shapes and forms – is NOT a random aberration of the body or mind, an entity separate from our self to resist or defeat. Rather, MindBody acknowledges our disease is an embodied aspect of self, and therefore an opportunity to uncover meaning and experience personal transformation. Self-acceptance, not resistance, is the true path to healing your bodymind.
